Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Development Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities:

Operations and Administration (70%)

• Execute daily operations across various functions such as administration, logistics, procurement and finance related activities
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records and administrative filing
• Work closely with students and lecturers for the provision of class attendance, timetable and student services
• Plan, coordinate and execute course orientations, opening & closing receptions, and any other duties as required during the course
• Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

Sales and Marketing (30%)

• Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
• Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
• Work with Head for new business proposals including costing & budgeting for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
• Update clients’ records and attend to sales enquiries
• Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably 2-3 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role from the education & training sector. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations and maintenance of a data center equipped with liquid cooling systems that support GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the optimization of GPU hardware and infrastructure to improve performance and achieve cost-efficiency goals.
• Allocate resources effectively to balance data center operations, cloud hardware efficiency, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Guide the operations team to adhere to customer SLAs and product requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards like ISO 27001 or similar.
• Drive system scalability and reliability by implementing automation and continuous improvement practices.
• Handle operational incidents, including escalation management across AI cloud products, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruptions.
• Develop and refine operational strategies to enhance the performance, security, and reliability of GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Establish and maintain operational procedures (e.g., SOPs, EOPs) to address daily challenges and support streamlined operations.

• Expertise in GPU hardware management, including configuration, performance optimization, and monitoring.
• Solid understanding of hardware infrastructure security, operations, and management best practices.
• Proficiency in Linux and hypervisor administration for GPU infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and build high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in system optimization and technical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of storage technologies, capacity planning, and data protection solutions.
