Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented First Level Helpdesk Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling public-facing hotline inquiries, providing first-call resolution, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves interacting with users via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and chatbot responses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hotline Support:Respond to incoming calls from the public-facing hotline.
   Provide first-call resolution by advising users on issues and troubleshooting problems.
   
2. Coordination and Escalation:Liaise with other support or product teams as required to resolve user requests and issues promptly.
   Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, escalated, notified, and followed up.
   
3. Outbound Communication:Perform outbound calls to users who request callbacks to address their concerns.
   
4. Email and Chatbot Management:Handle emails assigned by the team leader.
   Respond to user queries via chatbot communication effectively and professionally.
   
5. General Duties:Manage stress while handling calls from the public and addressing diverse issues.
   Adhere to established support procedures and protocols.
   

Requirements:

As a Service Engineer, you have to attend to equipment fault at customers’ premises. Liaise with the customer and sub-contractors regarding all aspect on the add-on project activities. Monitor the progress of the work done closely in order to ensure that the schedule and quality of work are met. Also to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time as per schedule for site installation or rectification of fault. To carry out periodic maintenance for our customers.

You should possess a Diploma in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in troubleshooting of card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, etc. With good interpersonal communication skills and a valid Class 3 license. Stand-by duty is required.
