• Manage the execution of learning administration processes.

SCOPE

To produce an outstanding guest experience within the outlet concept by managing a service team in cooperation with the culinary team. • Lead the outlet efficiently in cost and expenses, constantly delivering the highest quality as well as driving high top line revenue and profit.

Job Duties:

1. Oversee the day to day running of the Restaurant.

2. Oversee the service of the Restaurant.

3. Promote the Restaurant by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.

4. Manage all marketing and advertising activities and/or opportunities for the Restaurant.

5. Oversee the content, design, delivery and quality of all marketing, promotion and publicity materials, programs and services.

6. In charge of cost control ensuring that the monthly cost of sales and operational expenses of the Restaurant, is capped at an acceptable range.

7. Conduct and participate in monthly physical stock take of the Restaurant as well as other location where physical stocks are kept, including but not limited to glassware, plateware and crockery.
