The Account Management team, part of the Small & Medium Business Group, is dedicated to aiding the growth of small and medium-sized businesses by optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's suite of apps and services. Account Managers play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting clients to achieve business outcomes on Meta through expert consultation, relationship management, and a strong grasp of analytics and product knowledge.

Ideal candidates are expected to forge deep connections with clients and maintain effective internal relationships with cross-functional teams. They should be adept at driving marketing strategies and hands-on with executing tactics. This role demands a profound understanding of Performance Marketing and Ecommerce industry, aiming to boost revenue and foster customized learning and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated account management to advertisers
• Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of advertiser goals
• Boost revenue and increase product adoption through achieving client objectives
• Become proficient in Meta's solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes and swiftly adapt recommendations to meet diverse advertiser requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive transformational advertiser growth with strong operational rigour
• Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and escalations, to ensure prompt and effective resolution
• Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
• Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead external client education and consultations on existing best practices and future product solutions, in partnership with internal functional teams
• Build and continue to refine your point of view on Meta products through regular self-education and discovery

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, Ecommerce industry, digital/performance marketing, sales, or consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience cultivating sales skills and client relationships.
• Expertise in analyzing data from various sources, both quantitative and qualitative, and presenting it clearly and concisely.
• Skill in developing actionable insights and storytelling through data visualization, with experience to confidently deliver insights to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Experience in collaborating, communicating, and influencing across a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
• Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast paced environment
• BA/BS degree or Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both communicating and business writing as this role supports Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.

• Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Taiwan Market knowledge
