• Serve as the primary liaison between the Holiday Camp provider and Dulwich College (Singapore), overseeing the development of each camp programme, coordinating its promotion through internal channels, and acting as the key contact for the provider during the delivery of each camp.

The successful candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in an educational or international organisation.
• Experience of negotiating vendor or supplier contracts and managing service provision.
• Experience of managing projects cross-departmentally.
• Experience working in an international environment would be desirable.
• Experience of coordinating with community groups in the organising of events.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate across the organisation at all levels.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Outstanding customer service skills, and an attitude of ‘going the extra mile’ to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet agreed deadlines and goals.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision, managing own workload to ensure the highest standards of performance and customer service provision are achieved.
• Strong IT skills in using Microsoft Office.
• Flexible approach to work, and the ability to be agile in the requirements of planning and delivering events.
