A bit more about you

Responsible for evangelizing Adobe Solutions with enterprise customers, this role engages as the technical health leader, delivering dedicated services, methodology advice, and being the customer’s technical advocate within Adobe. Key elements of the role include Service Delivery Strategy, implementation cycle guidance, balancing risk and maximise value in Adobe technology adoption. In addition, partner with Customer Support leaders, you will field questions, log and work high priority issues & and handle critical issues while working with the extended Adobe Support team (Customer Support, Consulting and Engineering).

• Produce and deliver a prescribed set of technical services to maintain operational health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is preferred.

Senior Manager, Group Property Management (Based in Singapore)

Role Overview: This role involves leading the technical team within Group Property Management, reporting to the Head of Group Property Management. The Technical Services (TS) team provides technical support and advice to Property Management (PM) portfolio teams, reviewing improvement works, building defects, and conversion projects across the asset portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant building safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, organize, and monitor the work and resources of the TS team.
• Conduct strategic reviews of TS roles, tasks, and engineering expertise within Group Property Management and portfolios.
• Explore new engineering technologies to enhance building operations.
• Provide technical expertise and advice on design and problem areas related to building defects and conversion works.
• Develop ideas to achieve higher standards of engineering and technical expertise, helping portfolios meet required standards.
• Create engineering and technical policies or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with in-house technical teams, external consultants, and contractors to address building defects and propose solutions for maintenance and repair.
• Identify and procure consultancy services and contractors for improvement, rectification, or conversion works.
• Review consultants' proposals for new developments or improvements in building functionality and operations.
• Manage budgets and expenditures for repair and maintenance works, long-term asset repair and replacement planning, and capital expenditure projects.
• Recommend new initiatives or automation for cost savings and efficiency across the asset portfolio.
• Provide expert advice to local teams on critical structural or mechanical issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in building facilities management, project management, and integrated fitting-out works.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Operational or consultancy experience in temperate or non-equatorial M&E requirements is an advantage.
• Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously.
