About the role

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for delivering customer focused solutions from requirements definition, building and integration, testing, go live and hand over to support functions. You will own the delivery of a portfolio of new and existing client projects and programmes through all of stages mentioned above.

You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties (issuers, schemes, card bureaus and suppliers) to document and agree requirements, document proposed configuration to meet those requirements, identify ways to phase delivery to aid the client in realising revenue, configure our platform accordingly, assist in their integration using Thredd infrastructure and API’s and test cards and products to ensure they work as expected.

What you will be doing

· Building and managing relationships with all parties involved in implementation delivery

· Managing and delivering a portfolio of client projects and programmes

· Working with clients to capture requirements, identifying potential gaps and solutions, documenting these, producing product setup forms and ensuring they are reviewed and approved

· Guiding clients and managing expectations on delivery timescales (including options to phase delivery), potential common hold-ups and associated ways to mitigate them

· Providing guidance to clients and third parties on integration with us

· Configuring our platform in both test and production environments

· Performing final “pavement testing” to confirm end-to-end configuration is correct and working as expected, and rectifying any identified issues

· Providing a smooth and effective hand over to the Operations and Account Management functions post implementation

· Creating and maintain a Thredd implementation plan including milestones, tasks, responsibilities and dependencies

· Scheduling regular progress calls with clients and third parties

· Advising on impact of potential challenges and delays as well as offering workarounds

· Ensuring all documentation is produced is of a high quality

· Identifying and managing risks and issues, and delivering owned tasks and actions

· Liaising with product and technical teams, raising JIRA tickets as necessary

· Analysing and where necessary, escalating issues found during implementations to identify short-term fixes and long-term solutions

· Ensuring internal reporting systems are kept up to date

· Contributing to and delivering own internal continual improvement initiatives

· Maintaining internal documentation

· Acting as first line technical support and troubleshooting where issues are found

· Building deeper knowledge of the industry, business product and system capabilities

What you will bring

· Proven experience working in an Implementation role delivering focused solutions

· Fluent in English and 1 local languane

· Experience working in the payment industry and with card schemes would be desirable but not essential

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications

• Managing the sales and marketing of Superabsorbent Polymers to Japanese multinational accounts in South and Southeast Asia.

Finance Department

We manage the financial needs of the GIC Group for ongoing business needs and building of new capabilities and capacity.

What impact can you make in this role?

You will be part of a team that provides financial management services across the GIC group.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join Global Accounting and Operations with the Finance Department. As a member of the Finance team, your responsibility includes maintaining full set of accounts of the corporate legal entities to ensure compliance with in-country statutory and corporate tax regulations, perform fixed assets accounting and accounts payable functions.

What will you do as an Associate in the Finance Department?

Travel & Expense (T&E) Administration

• Support and execute the day-to-day T&E processes including expense reporting, expense audit, onward billings of T&E expenses.
• Assist in corporate card administration including card application, termination and monthly statement reconciliation, follow-up on long outstanding transactions
• Engage and work closely with end users, vendors and banks to resolve queries on T&E claims and corporate card transactions.
• Support delivery of new T&E initiatives and tools including user testing, change management and employee engagement.

Accounting & Reporting

• Responsible for the month-end close accounting and reporting activities that involves balance sheet review, intercompany settlement, analysis of accounting schedules, preparation of accounting transactions and reporting packages.

Accounts Payables

• Process vendor invoices for payment.

• Support and work closely with business users, vendors and banks to resolve queries on staff claims, vendor invoices and payments.
• Support delivery of process improvements and perform user testing for new initiatives.

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent professional qualification and 5 to 8 years relevant working experience in an accounting function and accounts payable function
• Experience in financial reporting for legal entities, local tax regulations and managing an external audit
• Good understanding and technical application of accounting standards
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, who is keen to learn and pick up new challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Job Description

• Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture/Building
• 5-8 years’ of working experiences in main contractor companies preferably in large scale commercial projects
• Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand in Autocad/ BIM/ construction drawing/ architectural drawings
