Influencer Expert:

• Develop and strategize influencer marketing approach for the brand
• Analyse Influencer data to align with business goals and propose actionable interventions
• Identify top competitors and analyse their unique strategies; prepare a comprehensive analysis report.
• Identify competitive and landscape content trends using available tools & map Influencer trends and recommend strategies
• Track key content points (KCPs) and recommend ideas
• Assist in developing content calendar ideas
• Collaborate with Brand POC to build the KOL plan for the month; share KOL insights and interventions
• Refine growth measurement for Influencer approach; understand and improve attribution metrics
• Confidently participate in pitches while working collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Amazon Expert:

• Develop comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies to deliver business goals
• Design campaigns on Monthly basis with the Brand team
• Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure Amazon advertising strategies are integrated with overall marketing initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)

• Comfortable using Microsoft excel/automated dashboards, etc. – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights

To manage the Procurement Team and procurement processes, by delegation or execution.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

The procurement manager is responsible for the Procurement and Logistics Team. He/she is responsible for delegating or executing the spare part, consumable and service contract management, as well as vendor management. IT Security Compliance & QA Management

• Provide a Rectification Plan on any gaps found.
• Provide rectification plan for issues arising from audit.
• Seek waiver on compliance whenever it is justifiable.
• Ensure all applicable standards, policies, directives, guidelines, deliverables and quality assurance records are filed and kept up-to-date for audit and review purposes.
• Work with Client on system enhancement required for policy changes and audit requirements.

The ideal profile should have / be:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• More than 5 years of IT project management experience and at least 10 years of IT experience
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience in IT business analysis techniques

Butler is a one-stop service from simple tasks of proactively seeking assistance for repair to extravagant showcasing of creativity by organizing floral arrangements in the Suites or special celebration. The main duties of the Butler includes preparing the Suites for Arrival, In-stay and Departure; Meet & Greet Guests around the property; satisfying personal preferences and needs. Butler Services perform their duties with utmost purpose to make our VIP Guests happy and create unforgettable memories in most luxurious way.

Job Responsibilities

Accomplish Day to Day Operations

1. Perform VIP Guest meet and greet and farewell process according to the set standard.
2. Up to date of internal promotions and be familiar with in the local community, famous events in town and local offerings. 3. Be able to escort guests within MBS premises: Hotel Point A to the Suite point B or other locations accordingly
