• Track the achievement of the team’s achievements and key performance indicators
• Propose new operational plans, including targeted budgets, work allocations and staff forecasts
• Optimise the use of and allocation of resources
• Develop learning roadmaps to support the professional development of the team
• Manage the performance and development process, including providing coaching and development opportunities to maximise the potential of each individual

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or above, and more than 5 years of experience in mobile APP product designs are preferred
• Familiar with IoT products and implementation, user research, demand analysis, functional design, and interaction design;
• Excellent data operation thinking, analyzing and iteratively updating product functions;
• Excellent logical thinking ability, analytical ability, and communication and cooperation ability;
• Excellent in product sensitivity and innovative spirit, strong execution ability, and resource integration ability
• Proficient in using prototype tools such as Axure/Sketch and mind mapping tools such as Xmind/MindManager;
• Good organizational coordination and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good working knowledge in the UX / UI field
• Knowledge and working experience in software development
