As Managing Insurer
- Responsible for implementing and issuing the policy at local level

Management Function

• Supervise the daily operations in the Hostel according to the SOPs.
• Ensure Youth Work Associates (YWAs) and Night Residential Care Worker (NRCW) understanding and alignment of practice with the overall philosophy
