The role

The Funds Audit Manager - Audit is responsible for managing and leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in the funds sector. The role involves strategic planning, review and oversight of audit projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality audit services. The role requires strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a commitment to providing value-added insights and solutions. The role also includes contributing to the growth and development of the audit practice through business development activities and staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, particularly in the funds sector, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and implement audit strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff, providing technical guidance and support.
• Review and approve audit plans, workpapers, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and providing proactive advice and solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of audit reports and financial statements.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive services to clients.
• Manage client billing and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• For Manager at least 6 years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive experience in auditing funds, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, MAS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Air Operation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage airfreight operation team
• Ensure smoothy operations and good customer services.
• Execution of MAWBs and HAWBs (Direct and consolidation shipment)
• Manage airline FWB/FHL submission
• Follow up and processing of shipment with shipment status and revert to agents/clients
• Do all necessary documentation for all shipments and plan for collection and delivery of shipments with contractors in order to meet flight closing time.
• To ensure all COD customers payments are collected prior to release airwaybill/delivery to customer.
• Attend to all messages pertaining to operation matters.
• Responsible to oversee airfreight import and export billing to clients and agents
• Closing of all airfreight import and export job files promptly to meet month end closing
• Maintain good relations with all customers and agents to ensure good customer services.
• Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
• Support customer services and pricing team on air operational issues
• Any other official duties assign by Management.

Qualifications:

• Min 2 years’ experience overseeing a team to run an airfreight import and export operation of the company
• Extensive background in freight forwarding industry (agent environment)
• Strong experience in full import and export documentation functions
• Strong leadership skill
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good understanding with co-workers and contractors.

The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ACR Manger to join our dynamic finance team. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and providing accurate financial accounting and reporting services across our portfolio of clients operating either in a single country or across multiple regions.

Your key responsibilities

As an Accounting Compliance Reporting Manager, you’ll will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of Singapore statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and managing the audit process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Skills and attributes for success

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with local IFRS.
• Manage the year-end audit process, including liaising with external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Managing financials of portfolio of clients e.g. review debtors and WIP lists and take appropriate
• Involving actively in business development and coordinating with the partner to carry out marketing plans for the department
• Formulating and reviewing existing work processes and policies. Identify and recommend improvements in line with current business and regulatory practices.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A degree in finance or accounting; a CPA or similar certification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on statutory reporting.
• Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of local IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel essential) and good knowledge of MS Word and accounting software

Ideally, you also have

• Experience and knowledge of tax compliance and ERP systems

• The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the review, negotiation, drafting, implementation and maintaining the contracts within the organization. The Contract Manager will assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations. The Contracts Manager is expected to ensure that contracts are properly executed in compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal requirements, and mitigate risks to our company.
