The Role:

1. Office Management

• Liaise with IT vendors and support services: Serve as the primary point of contact for external IT service providers and vendors. Coordinate service calls and follow-ups to ensure effective resolution of more complex IT issues.

5. Vendor and Stakeholder Relations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a diploma
• At least 7 years of professional experience in office administration or a closely related field, particularly in managing office operations and leading administrative projects.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Enterprise Suite of tools and adept at learning new software tools.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing tasks and prioritizing workload.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in non-ferrous metals or palm oil physical trading, with a strong track record of performance.
• Strong understanding of global metal or palm oil supply chains, consumption trends, and economic dynamics affecting the metals or palm oil market.
• Knowledge of production and processing methods, logistics, and port operations.
• Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
