The Regional Head of Operations – APAC (Health ) determines the long-term strategic goals for Operations in the APAC region for Health. The incumbent shall ensure business growth through directing and managing flow of operational activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organization’s strategy.

The position reports functionally to the Head of Health Asia, AGCS. The position also requires to coordinate closely across the board and with various entities internally and externally

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the trade capture system to ensure timely and accurate reflection of all tank and truck movements.
• Manage the inventory system to monitor oil stocks in tanks and petrol kiosks.
• Handle and issue invoices related to sales and purchases.
• As time allows, gain hands-on experience with back office, credit, and operational tasks.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
