As a Social Media / Marketing manager, you will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of the company’s online/social media marketing efforts. You will take the lead in the promotion of each events and services of the company through Omni social media channels and assets.

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media and digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social/digital connection with stakeholders
• Planning, monitoring and sustaining the company’s presence on social media through a curated calendar of engaging and compelling social media posts and social media activation
• Leads the identification, formulation and launching of optimized online/social advertisements to increase the company’s brand awareness across digital and social assets.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) as well as explore new and ones Baidu, Weibo, WeChat etc.
• Prepare online newsletters, EDMs and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Lead internal photography and videography projects and arrangement for sales & marketing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Only Singaporean and PR may apply
• Proven working experience of 1-2 years in social media marketing and/or social media management.
• Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the events/exhibition industry.
• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented. Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations

As a Shift/ Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines
• Always delivering high-quality food and beverage products
• Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
• Generating sales and meeting targets through proper execution of marketing strategies

Responsibilities:

• Study client’s requirement and provide optimal logistics operating solutions.
• Work closely with operations to identify any out-of-scope requests, generate change request forms and update standard operating procedures.
• Be the key point of contact between business and its clients, building strategic partnerships, overseeing business performance to strengthen existing client relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date client profile with contract expiry dates and perform contract renewal with clients nearing to the expiry dates.

Requirements:

Role reporting directly into Singapore & Malaysia Cluster Finance Director, based in Singapore. Manage a team of share services resources.

• Lead monthly closing and result publication to the Group through reporting tool (SAP, Teranga, etc), focusing on quarterly and year-end activities.
• Prepare Monthly Management Review, including variance analysis.
• Plan, Coordinate, Consolidate and Submit Forecasts & Budgets.
• Provide leadership and leverage on the accounting shared service on Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and General Ledger activities.
• Ownership of balance sheet reviews and account reconciliation.
• Monitor constantly the evolution of the KPIs (cash, sales, expenses) & provide related analysis in case of evolution, including supporting Functions in controlling their costs.
• Ownership of Internal Control process and ensuring compliance to financial and statutory rules when executing all tasks.
• Supervise the overall Audit process to ensure timeline completion, both statutory and Internal Audit.
• Partner with Tax to ensure compliance to Tax obligations and timeline adherence to external local and internal tax reporting.
• In coordination with Alstom Finance Shared Services (Global Finance Center), streamline accounting processes by defining a dashboard to monitor the overall accounting performance through KPIs.
• Seek synergies and support central automation initiatives across accounting and reporting processes

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Chartered Accountancy/ equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in Controllership, Financial Analysis and reporting.
• Team management experience appreciated, especially shared services and remote teams.
• Experience and proficient in using SAP, Hyperion, Teranga or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience within a bank or as a consultant to financial institutions, excelling in project planning, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
