We are looking for a passionate candidate to join us in our operations at Caritas Agape Village in Toa Payoh in ensuring that all building maintenance tasks are effectively managed for the smooth and efficient functioning of the building.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine building inspections to pinpoint maintenance and safety concerns.
• Organize and carry out preventive and corrective repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts while managing schedules.
• Address maintenance emergencies promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Evaluate and present quotations for management approval, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in facilities & estate management.
• Preferably, candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. However, new graduates in relevant disciplines are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to $2000 + $120 Transport Allowance + $66 (Flexible Benefit Allowance) + eMedical Card (cover spouse + children under 18) + AWS + 2.0 VB (Average payout for last 2 years)

Location: Islandwide, candidate will be placed under relief pool and will be required to roster at far end location if necessary

Working hours: Shift work depends on roster and location allocated, required to work on weekends

• There will be split shifts roster (3.15 hours break time)
• Earliest start at 7.45am, latest shift end at 11pm
• Work 4 days rest 1 day, work 4 days rest 2 days, work 3 days rest 1 days and so on

Responsibilities

• Sale of CEPAS cards and allied products at ticket or concession card replacement offices located at various MRT stations or bus interchanges
• Assisting in top up, card refunds or card claims
• Assist with dispatch duties to the different stations when required

• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, overseas agents, and operations staff to ensure successful shipment arrangements.
