Volunteer Management

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify, build and sustain a healthy pool of competent Silver Generation Ambassadors (SGAs) and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the recruitment cycle of SGAs and SGD volunteers
• Monitor the centralised recruitment of volunteers (eg. SGA/volunteers referral, Facebook, QSM etc.) to ensure a healthy ratio of staff to volunteers to seniors in order to achieve SGO’s goals and objectives
• Update and maintain volunteer’s personal information and their volunteering activities to ensure an up-to-date database
• Introduce SGO volunteering program to public and private sectors to encourage volunteerism and also, as a CSR, with the aim of providing more avenues for volunteer recruitment
• Support various SGA rewards and recognition initiatives
• Co-ordinate and extend VM related courses for staff and SGAs

Professional Development

• Engage in continual learning for personal and professional growth and development
• Share good practices and support the training and development for SO staff and SGAs
• Establish regular communications with the SO VM champions on matters related to volunteer management and training

Coordination & Admin

• Consolidate feedback from SOs, SGAs and volunteers to identify and analyse needs in the community
• Manage and control SGAs ID tags assets
• Perform office administration functions

Network Development

• Implement strategies to create new volunteering opportunities through partnership with internal and external organisations.
• Implement loyalty programmes to recognise the good work of the volunteers.
• Implement formal/informal channels for volunteers to provide feedback on their participating volunteering program.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably with knowledge and familiarity with the healthcare or social sectors
• Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals
• Confident in working with external stakeholders
• Good in communication, both verbal and written
• Meticulous, team player, resourceful and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Order taking and serving customers, maintain good customer service at all times

• Prepare and produce bakes, follow standard operation procedures/ recipes given to ensure quality and consistency in the final products

• Fulfill and pack orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Stock-take of ingredients inventory and maintain sufficient inventory levels

• Assist in R&D of seasonal bakes

• Prepare and serve coffee/ tea

• Maintain cleanliness of the Front of House and Back of House at all times

• Other ad hoc duties assigned

An ideal candidate should be:

• Highly responsible, pro-active and demonstrates a great attention to detail

• Able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced and dynamic environment

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to deliver good customer service

• Min. 1 year of relevant F&B work experience

• Any prior experiences working as a barista is a plus (if not, training will be provided)

Duties and Responsibilities
● Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and business continuity plans, surfacing gaps and incidences timely
● Manage the performance and maintain adequate governance oversight of the activities at the outsourced contact centre. Ensure that there are monthly meetings with the vendor to discuss their performance and bridge the gaps identified by customers/branches
● Handle escalated feedback and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback and address operational challenges
● Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve and exceed organisation’s goals
● Establish individual and team goals and review team performance for continuous development
● Work actively with Service Culture to identify training gaps and update of information in the contact centre’s SOP to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
● Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to direct reports
● Compile and analyse data for management reporting

Requirements
● Degree in any discipline with a minimum 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce or customer service industry
● Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills to establish good customer relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
● Highly customer service-oriented, meticulous, and resourceful
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
● Strong leadership and adaptable to changes in a highly dynamic work environment

• Lead, discipline, motivate and develop/train a competent team of beauty advisors
• Effective communication channel between Beauty Advisors and the management
• Drive creativity, understanding the commercial aspects of the business, and generating innovative ideas to steer the stores’ customer service standards, sales, and net profit to exceed targets.
• Breakdown and monitoring of daily, monthly & annual sales target by retail stores.
• Calculation of Beauty Advisor's commission, incentive, petty cash and manage Beauty Advisors' leaves.
• Planning of BA roster by counter and allocation of manpower.
• Review of counter and warehouse inventory level to maintain healthy turnover of stocks, weekly analysis and allocation of stocks to counters.
• Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of stocks and GWP
• Assist Retail Lead on preparation and analysis of sales reports for weekly/monthly meetings.
• Be on ground during events, workshops and atrium show to set-up and prepare as well as to motivate and drive sales with Beauty Advisors.
• Regular visits to counters to ensure smooth operations and all guidelines are adhered.
• Set-up of new boutiques inclusive of arrangement of logistics. (POS/printers, etc)
• Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system.
• Ensure marketing and visual merchandising assets are well executed and understood by Beauty Advisors.
• Share ideas and contribute to trade activities and provide feedback on marketing activities
• Monitoring and compiling of competitor’s movement (new products, events, animations), and prepare competitor report.
• Propose promotional mechanics for storewide mechanics to Sales Manager.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the Retail industry preferred.
• Experience working in Beauty Industry is advantageous
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
• A team player with initiative and who is able to work independently.
