ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that the organisation has a steady stream of revenue

generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. This role is expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies that are aligned to the organisation’s goals and objectives, working closely with the Executive Director to ensure that existing and new programmes are funded properly. Purpose:

The Manager / Senior Manager, Tax Advisory works with the tax team to provide tax advisory services to a mixed portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Singapore corporate tax issues which include cross-border restructuring, tax treaties, withholding tax, permanent establishment issues, BEPS 2.0 Pillar Two matters, tax due diligence, acquisition tax structuring, and drafting tax advisory memos to a mix of corporate clients across industries.
• Identify tax planning opportunities
• Provide technical training
• Mentor and manage junior staff

Tasks / Duties:

• Manage the delivery of tax advisory services
• Advise client on restructuring exercise and cross-border transactions
• Assist clients with the application for income tax advance ruling, tax exemption, etc.
• Work with Head of Delivery to identify business development opportunities
• Identify and follow up on opportunities to grow tax advisory services
• Support tax compliance team in relation to tax advisory matters
• Conduct seminars on corporate tax topics for clients and within the firm
• Build relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence to the tax team.
• Work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported, respected and recognised for their contribution
• Provide clients with tax efficient solutions which take into consideration sound knowledge of our clients’ businesses

• Drive continuous improvement projects (CIPs) focusing on workplace safety, automation, process optimization, and productivity gains.
• Engage with customers through improvement projects, operational excellence meetings, and initiatives.
• Promote and sustain LEAN practices such as 6S and root cause analysis to enhance efficiency and eliminate waste.
• Manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a contract logistics background preferred; Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
• Expertise in problem-solving, data analytics, and continuous improvement practices like LEAN, 6S, and Kaizen.
• Proficient in project management, meeting deadlines, and managing diverse expectations.
