The Executive Assistant (Admin and Operations) will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager and the management team. The role involves overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes. • Responsible for end-to-end Post fixture for all the company voyage, time and period chartered vessels from the pre fixture stage till voyage completion
• Oversee all operational matters for the managed vessel, ensuring compliance with charter party agreements, loading and discharge operations, and voyage optimization to maximize efficiency and minimize cost
• Ensure the accuracy of voyage P&L accuracy, providing input for payment due to Owners and receivable from Charterers
• Handle claims in coordination with legal/P&I / lawyers
• Manage freight invoices, demurrage/despatch, laytime hire payment and port disbursement and reconciliation of voyage results.
• Coordinate with trade operations team with regards to laytime settlement, NOR clauses, payment of hire/freight etc.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

The Overseas Operations Support serves as a crucial contributor to the management of HR Operations for the whole group of companies regionally, excluding China.
