Duration: 6 months
Salary: Up to $3,000/month
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Support:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
HR Operations:
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.
HR Business Partnering:
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Assist in addressing employee relations issues and escalating complex cases as needed.
Recruitment and Selection:
Support hiring processes, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare HR reports, track metrics, and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
Coordinate training sessions or workshops as required.
Project Support:
Participate in or lead HR-related projects as directed by the HR Manager.
