Main Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, greet clients in a professional manner
• Taking messages for clients as they require, straight onto their phones, via voicemail or written
• Filing, general administrative matters, take charge of receptionist matters
• Ensuring that all billing are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet and all cleaning or handyman issues are written into the appropriate books
• Handle complaints and compliments
• Any other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
• At least ‘N’ Level certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service

Job Requirement:

• Possess basic knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage
