- Participates in improvement initiatives and team building activities within customer service and across functional areas of core integration.

- Accurately process high volumes of part orders and service requests, including but not limited to part location and price determination, accurate cost and revenue account reflection, regular follow up with engineers and inventory management to ensure the customer's needs are met successfully and promptly.

- Prepares accurate pricing of part orders and returns based on factors such as foreign currency conversion rates, contract type and coverage, special customer discounts, part type category and subjective data from field service engineer as to reason for current part issue.

- Ensures accurate cost and revenue account are associated with parts, labor and expenses on each call, which requires solid understanding of cogs accounts, service types and service areas both internal and external

- Determines shipping method based on numerous factors including part size and weight, contractual agreements with the customer, severity of system issue, and preferred carrier.

- Acts as customer liaison with Accounts Receivable to determine billing issues and find resolution.

- Maintains professionalism in working relationships with team, customers and others within the company.

- Ensure all areas of personal responsibility are handles promptly, accurately, and with outstanding customer service.

• Overall responsible for the support to customers, execution of Standard Operating Procedures related to ITIL Processes such as Incident Management, Event Management and Request Fulfillment

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in telecommunications within a large-scale business environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical support or service desk environment.
• Experience with developing training programs and delivering training.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certificate and experience working with ServiceNow.
• Agile, Six Sigma or related certifications
• Having experience in the aviation sector is beneficial.

Additional info:

• Under 12 months contract, renewable
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage. Timing between 8am to 8pm (non-night shift)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate customer orders via SAP and ensure all validation checks are done
• Identify Material Availability, confirm delivery date and release sales order
• Manage and coordinate order issuing and order release
• Follow-up and support new material code creation cross-functionally

• Monitor documentation for shipment i.e. delivery note, and creation of Delivery order
• Monitor performance of 3PL proactively to avoid customer complaints for late delivery and claims
• Execute customer orders according to agreed service level.
• Prepare shipping documents for all SEA Intercompany direct shipment orders, that include commercial invoice; packing list & COA. Send/dispatch full set of documents to customers.
• Follow up with source for documentation & revision if any
• Responsible for non-technical compliant handling process, including technical quality notification creation, follow up, feedback and compensation/return process
• Handling complaints and feedback from unsatisfied customers via phone or other communication tools in a professional and polite manner
• Responsible for system related complaint handling process
• Execute credit/debit notes based on written communication and approval
• Initiate refund request according to MAS (Master of Authority Schedule)
• Prepare and submit day-to-day operations and performance reports

Job Requirements

• Possess min. 2-3 years of related working experience.
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Driven and able to work in a fast pace work environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel and LC preparation.
• Proficient in SAP.
