• Manage and supervise a team to implement and ensure that all maintenance and repair schedules are accomplished in a safe and timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Engineering/ Multimedia and Audio-visual Engineering with at 5 years of supervisory experience in managing the design and installation of Audio-Visual and Lighting.
• Candidates with prior experience working in an attraction or theme park setting preferred
• Strong working and up-to-date knowledge in AV servers, PC/ Networking
• Good knowledge and of PLC/Automation/control would be in advantage
• Able to perform shift work (day or night) and weekends/public holidays.
• Able to work at height.

Job Description:

- Coordinate and oversee both general and table-top cleaning contractors
- Assign tasks to contractors and ensure adequate coverage to meet cleaning requirements for various areas, shifts, or facilities.

- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness levels and identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate and review the contractors’ performance
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to cleaning activities, including cleaning schedules, inspection reports, incident reports, and inventory records
- Provide updates on cleaning activities town council

Requirements:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

- Candidates with knowledge in cleaning and chemical used for cleaning will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to co-locate areas/systems with refresh requirements and propose refresh plans for identified areas/systems.
• Conduct periodic engagement with building users to collate user request and feedback relating to office and facility refreshes.
• Manage and supervise on work status, quality, and quantity of all improvement and replacement works and maintenance works.
• Monitor and report to the Management on status and performance carried out by the respective personnel/team, strategy, adjustments, progress, budget utilisation, etc.
• Liaison and coordinate with all vendors/contractors/multidisciplinary team/suppliers engaged by the Authority for refresh work.
• Liaise and coordinate with local Authorities on periodic audits required under prevailing local regulations, including all necessary consultation sessions with various Authorities and Statutory boards. Assist the Authority with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.

Requirements

• Recognised Higher NITEC/Diploma or any Professional Certification in Project Management, FM, Building Services, or related discipline (individuals with sufficient working experience will also be considered).
• Recognised and valid accreditation in Project Management.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Possess good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and data analytical skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects
• 3) Rostering of monthly schedules
• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

Job Description:

• Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities

• Participate and support work process improvement and technology enhancement projects
• Manage and supervise a team of operations assistants inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Building/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent with 3 years relevant experience, of which 1 year in a supervisory role
