• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating complaints, and initiating corrective actions

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbents will be responsible for the daily warehouse and administration operations. The main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on receiving, pick & pack and cross-dock activities.

Supervise all movements of cargo in/out of the warehouse.

Liaise with customers via e-mail & telephone for all documentation and administration matters.

Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for relevant activities of the account/s.

Follow up closely with customers on operations issues, discrepancies and damages.

Oversee all aspects of inventory control efforts and inventory personnel for the warehouse including daily cycle count and housekeeping of inventory.

Supervise and ensure export shipments/local orders, including documentation, are delivered accurately and on time.

Monitor warehouse productivity and drive cost control initiatives.

Responsible for the inspection and routine maintenance of associated machines and equipment.

Responsible for tracing and ensuring consumables are in safety inventories

Ensure general housekeeping & cleanliness.

Oversee the day to day operations and supervise all workers ensuring work procedures, quality, safety and hygiene requirements are adhered to. Overview*

  Work closely with relevant departments on special projects, workgroups or committees to resolve intra-department conflicts, initiate and propose options where possible and see through the implementation to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  Participate actively in relevant NUHS Way projects, Quality Improvement/ IT projects and initiatives. Constantly review within assigned areas, systems and process initiatives to achieve safer, better, faster and cheaper care for the customers.
  Handle customer complaints and follow up with service recovery if necessary.
  Review and update policies and procedures as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. Assist in developing KPI, scorecards, workflow charts, and process maps for the operations team with regard to vessel's operational performance.

• Responsible for daily vessel operations, including issuance of voyage instructions, planning, optimizing and managing voyage bunkers, appoint agents, optimize voyage PnL taking into account speed and tank cleaning instructions.
• Ensure that all financial requirements, funding and invoicing for each voyage are promptly arranged and correctly disbursed
• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance
• Check and advise as necessary relevant voyage, cargo and port documentation required by principals for raising demurrage and off-hire claims
• Maintain and manage all department / fleet operational records, files and databases as per departmental procedures and documentation system
• Render pre-fixture support to commercial department concerning any vessel information requirements, questionnaires, certification and scheduling
• Render post fixture support to commercial department as required during the course of the voyage with pertinent operational information, routing, ETA / ETD, cargo operations, terminal and navigational issues
• Render post fixture support to Claims & Controls team as required for follow up of voyage claims, including providing information on charterer claims, insurance claims & other insurance-related matters to Claims, Commercial and Insurance departments
• Assist with departmental targets and projects
• Actively participate in the development of processes and procedures for the continuous improvement of company procedures
• Undertake activities as guided by company's fuel and operational efficiency initiatives and identify / execute new improvement initiatives within the area in close cooperation with energy management to ensure company-wide alignment
• Analyse vessel voyage performances to identify any underperformance, downtime or any other operational issues and initiate corrective actions
• Proactively analyse, review and make recommendations for improvements in costs, turnaround time, etc. for assigned region
• Liaise with Pool partners/Technical Managers for vetting status and information on voyage screenings by oil majors
• Liaise with the Pool's fleet technical and fleet manning teams for effective co-ordination of spares delivery and personnel transfer.

• To lead the Aftersales Service team in achieving the Company’s set goals and ensure that business objectives, KPIs in service delivery, customer service satisfaction, service processes and operating profits are being monitored closely and met accordingly.

• Responsible in achieving monthly budgeted service turnover and operating profit through daily cars intake and operating expenses.

• Ensure that the quality of service and repair work performed daily are closely monitored and to meet the required Principal’s standards.

• Maintain workshop efficiency, productivity and utilization usage for workshop staffs through close monitoring via daily time analysis report.

• Responsible for recruitment and deployment of staff under his charge to ensure that daily operations run optimally.

• Maintain and ensure that the service centre meet the government regulations such as Workplace health and safety of our workshop and frontline employees.

• Ensure Service Centre daily work processes, workshop diagnosis networking, software and equipments are maintained and meet retail standard requirements.

• Determine the degree of efficiency, productivity, utilization rate, service sales turnover, net promoter score (NPS), on a monthly basis by evaluating the time analysis report, management report and VOC report.

• Assess the need to purchase and authorize the ordering of workshop consumable items, tools and equipment.

• Conduct periodical review of the performance of individual staff to ensure that work attitude and performance are in line with the Company’s objectives.

• Propose and take appropriate measures in streamlining work processes and motivate workshop and frontline personnel.

• Maintain and strengthen customer service processes to improve customer satisfaction at all times.

• Develop staff through training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance their performance and build their competencies.

• Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with key personnel to share and feedback from key results for corrective action and continually seek for improvement.

• Build and maintain good relations with National Automobile bodies / authorities and the major competitors for close observation of the service market, its development and trends.

• Develop and promote team spirit within the Aftersales personnel through technical / non-technical training, salary, and condition structure and career system. Ensure all staff has a clear understanding of the company’s direction.

• Setting up and control of proper warranty structures and procedures according to our regulations. Close follow up of cost development in warranty and goodwill. Ensure product campaigns are being implemented and follow through.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED lighting systems. Your role involves working with various LED technologies, ensuring optimal performance, and provide technical support. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to deliver high-quality LED solutions. You would also be responsible for the selection of suitable LED products, and vendors for various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Installation and Configuration: Install and set up LED lighting systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
   Configure LED controllers, drivers, and associated components to ensure seamless functionality.
2. Maintenance and Upkeep: Conduct routine inspections and assign technician maintenance of installed LED systems to identify and address any issues promptly.
   Replace faulty components and perform upgrades to enhance system performance.
3. Programming and Tuning: Program LED controllers and drivers to achieve desired lighting effects and meet customer requirements.
   Fine-tune LED systems for optimal brightness, colour accuracy, and energy efficiency.
4. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with LED installations.

REQUIREMENTS

● Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

● 2-5 years working with LED systems (Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting)

● Familiar with LED technologies like NovaStar, ColorLite, Huidu, Colorlight and Vnnox

● Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and working with various vendors

● Strong technical expertise in LED systems, programming and tuning controllers
