Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Officer (CSO)

- Collaborate seamlessly with the Duty Manager to strategize team deployment and uphold service excellence with key stakeholders.
Customer Service Agent (CSA)
- Be the friendly face of the brand, delivering seamless and unforgettable experiences for passengers.
- Facilitate smooth journeys by managing check-ins, greeting passengers warmly, and ensuring hassle-free departures.
- Go the extra mile to assist passengers with special needs and provide top-tier service in exclusive lounges, from buffet setup to personalized meet-and-greet experiences.
- Showcase your tech-savvy skills with basic computerized transactions while handling reception duties with professionalism and grace.
Key Requirements
- For CSO: Local diploma in any discipline with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- For CSA: Proficient in English and a second language for communication with international passengers.
- Pleasant, cheerful with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Independent with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight timelines.
