An operations lead position is available at Respiree Inc. The purpose of this role is to support the installation, training, customer service support and maintenance of Respiree devices and software platform for US based customers which can include hospitals and homes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the installation of devices and software platform in hospital setting
• Preparation and support the training of use of devices and software platform in hospital setting
• Provide customer service support to customers post installation
• Provice maintenance support to customers post installation

Requirements:

• Degree in Life Science, engineering or related discipline
• Degree in Nursing or Certification as an Allied Health Professional is a bonus
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of the life-science and/or healthcare sector within US
• Good communication skills
• Driven personality

THE POSITION: Loan Operations

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the deal team to ensure that operational processes to support loan transactions are in place, including but not limited to, payment and receipt of funds, covenant testing, Conditions subsequent, coverage ratio and any other transaction specific conditions are correctly monitored and actioned
• Collaborate with external service provider and affiliates on fund flow, division of responsibilities, transaction bookings, repayments, rate resets, agency function and transaction specific ongoing information delivery and storage and covenant testing
• First point of contact with borrower and responsible for monitoring the status of loan transactions
• Support the deal team on structuring and due diligence of transactions
• Project task group to select and implement loan management system
• Continuous process improvements
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant degree
• At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in loan / fixed income operations required
• Experienced in using loan management software
• Independent, driven and able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
• Detailed oriented, hands-on, meticulous and able to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
