The Funds Product Manager is responsible for managing and growing the mutual funds product portfolio. Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a Japanese restaurant or an F&B outlet specializing in Japanese cuisine.

• Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine: Strong understanding and appreciation of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine, dining culture, and beverage pairings (including sake and Japanese tea).

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating large teams, including kitchen and service staff.

• Customer Service Expertise: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and guest engagement, with the ability to handle high-end clientele.
