Pharmaceutical Technician (Operations) (WDA)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, our manufacturing site is looking for Pharmaceutical Technician to perform manufacturing operations per production schedule in in compliance with cGMP and achieve the operational objectives.

Critical responsibilities but not limited to:

· Responsible for completing all assigned pharm operations, ensuring accurate documentation completion on modules.

· Meet performance metrics of the assigned operations.

· Provides timely and accurate information to visual boards.

· Responsible for maintaining good facility housekeeping.

· Effectively communicates during shift handover.

Education Minimum Requirement:

· A Diploma or Technical School graduate with background in operations and maintenance

Required Experience and Skills:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, semiconductor or chemical industries

· PMETs/Mid-Careerist with no prior work experience in Biopharma industry are welcome to apply

· Open to 2 years contract and 12 hours rotating shift including Sat/Sun

Responsibilities:

· Communicate and work with Product Engineering Team

· Define product features that meet clients’ deployment and usability requirements

· Perform presentations, case studies, web content, etc

· Conduct market research, client requirements identification, competitive analysis and industry trend studies

· Manage market requirements, ensuring refinement and continuous assessment with Product Engineering Team

· Assist in defining and build global roadmap based on key market trends and opportunities

· Work with Marketing, Sales and Professional Services Teams to develop and lead internal content including trainings, FAQs, etc

Requirements:

· University Degree with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields

· Relevant experience in IAM with emphasis on authentication and mobile security solutions

· Knowledge in mobile / e-banking applications, software / platform architecture, market research, etc

· Excellent cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and project management skills

1. Responsibilities

· Ensure overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

2. What we are looking for

i. General

· CITPM (Certified ICT Project Management Programme) or PMP (Project Management Professional) or COMIT (Certification in Outsourcing Management for IT) or an equivalent certification will be an added advantage.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.

ii. Infrastructure specialisation (additional requirements)

· Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large scale ICT projects in government sector.

· Experience in IT Infra Project Management (Systems, Cloud, Network, Facilities, Data Center).

· Possess a proven and successful track record in delivering complex IT projects/programs.

· Hands-on IT professional with full SLDC lifecycle experience.
