Physical Requirements: Be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25kg and pushing or pulling loads of approximately 100kg. Safety Oversight: Ensure that all duties performed by Supervisors and Cleaners align with their job descriptions and adhere to all relevant health and safety requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure staff adhere to job descriptions, safety regulations, and client expectations.
