Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically in Java application development and FileNet platforms.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end software development projects in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with FileNet administration, configuration, and integration.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar project management software.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Java technologies (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) and software development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of FileNet P8, Content Manager, and other ECM solutions.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• FileNet certification or experience with other ECM systems is a plus.

The Product Specialist will also build good working relationships with key decision makers and influencers within the Nuclear Medicine department of the restructured hospital, institutions, and private sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and submission of ACMV tenders, including reviewing technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
