Job Description:

• Oversee accurate inventory control, conduct regular checks, and implement measures to minimize shrinkage.
• Lead , train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage shipping, receiving and distribution operations, coordinating with transportation services.

Professional requirements, experience and skillset

• Several years (min. 5 yrs.) of experience in construction or related industry (preferably formwork of scaffolding industry)

Description:

• Handle full spectrum of project management, lead and manage site staff.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project schedules.

• Review project plans and specifications, feedback on the design, scheduling, and cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problems.

• Conduct regular technical / site/coordination meetings to ensure time, cost, and quality targets are fully met.

• Prepare project deficiency lists and monitor projects towards timely completion according to schedule.

Requirements:

POSITION : FINANCE MANAGER

Finance Managers oversee the financial operations of our branch office in Singapore. Monitor ourcompany’s finances and produce financial reports. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
