Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.

Responsibilities:

1. Primary Roles: Customer Service Support

a. Handles incoming enquiries, live chat.

b. Coordinate e-shop customer registration, order processing, e-marketplace coordination (Shopee, Eezee, etc)

c. Reporting and documentation for e-shop & leads

d. Coordinate with local supplier & internal procurement team to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery.

e. Coordinate with Warehouse local team to arrange local collection or delivery & with shipping department for overseas shipping arrangement.

f. Prepare necessary paperwork, such as quotations, Proforma invoices, etc.

g. Follow-up quotations & Orders

h. Onboarding customers to new Digital commerce platform

2. Secondary Roles: System Support

a) System support for systems that already go live.

b) Liaison between end-users and developers by understanding user needs, communicating issues, and facilitating effective resolutions without necessarily engaging in programming.

Requirements:

1. At least GCE “O” levels or equivalent

2. At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales experience in handling overseas customers and feels comfortable talking to them over the phone

3. Pleasant personality and Customer Service oriented

4. Able to work independently as well as in a team

5. Good communication skills

6. Proficient in MS Excel (MS Powerpoint a plus)

The Opportunity:

Lead regional initiatives to implement field service topics and drive digital service adoption in line with the Global Support Strategy 2030. Act as a product owner for field service processes and tools, manage the APAC affiliate teams’ community of practice, and provide consulting on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and test prototypes for strategic initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and propose a vision for strategic alignment and organizational mobilization. You will report to the APAC Service Consulting Team Manager Service & Support.

As the Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Create the vision for the product you will own, identify and prioritise the business needs for the product, identify the value proposition and ensure the values are being delivered
• Set up & Lead the APAC community of practices/interests
• Collaborate with global and APAC affiliates to implement global as well as regional initiatives and be accountable for the successful adoption of changes
• Proactively identify opportunities to engage with affiliates to drive the global support strategy initiatives. Provide proactive guidance and assistance to the business teams with proposals to achieve the regional goals.
• Coordinate the cross functional team to ensure effectiveness and cooperation amongst the team members. When necessary, drive and support other cross-functional teams within the agile framework and with internal stakeholders across value streams and chapters.
• Exercise customer-centric business thinking beyond the product / service by evaluating potential customers and addressing needs from commercial to operational challenges.
• Report to the Service Consulting Team Manager.

Who you are:

• Bachelor degree/Diploma or equivalent in the related field is preferred. Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) in the related field is an advantage, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience in related fields.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in the area of focus and in the Asia Pacific region.
• Demonstrated system thinking, connecting the dots proactively across geographies and business areas.
• Experience or certification in Agile frameworks like scrum, SAFe can be an added advantage.

Position Purpose

Restaurant Operations

• Lead a team of service staff within assigned unit by allocating tasks and roles for individuals in the service team
• Check readiness of restaurant for service day and brief service crew on staffing roster for service day
• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement
• Oversee the service rendered by the team to ensure it meets the quality, service, cleanliness and values standards and to address lapses in service quality when necessary
• Manage cash floats, audit rolls, and provide technical troubleshoot for cash register errors when necessary
• Ensure documentation of all cash shortage and surplus in record book and to tally payment collection

Restaurant Management & Planning

• Act as point of escalation for service crew regarding service issues
• Resolve day-to-day operation issues as and when it occurs and to provide support as necessary to ensure service crew are able to carry out assigned task
• Lead investigation and resolution of all complex customer complaints and/or feedback in a timely and efficient manner

Quality Assurance & Control

• Enforce restaurant quality, service, cleanliness and value standards
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with all safety procedures and guidelines in the restaurant
• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions
• Provide training to encourage role rotation amongst service staff
• Train and monitor staff in the company SOPs (standard operating procedures)
