JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose cargo stowage plans
• Propose optimized bunker calculations
• Negotiate on LOI, ship contracts (STS, mooring, agency, towage)
• Plan vessels’ routes
• Issue voyage instructions
• Screen vessels
• Arrange bunkering of time-chartered fleet and STS transfers
• Deal with adhoc project and system enhancements
• Work closely with Traders, Operations, Trade Finance, Finance and other relevant departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree Holder (Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business, Economics, Logistics, International Finance) or any other relevant educations
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Shipping/Vessel Operations experience in the Commodities industry or Shipping industry handling Tankers (DPP/CPP)
• Able to handle MR sized VL’s/VLCC/Aframax/LR/Suezmax
• Highly organized, meticulous, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills

Job Description

Overview for the role:

Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers.

Operational Support:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues.
• Contacts customer & Dealers/Distributors, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers, Dealers/Distributors.
• Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.

Financial Oversight:

• Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan.
• Manage end-end aftersales service delivery and account receivable through Microsoft Business Central.

• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required to meet workload demands, and company or customer expectations and requirements.
• Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors.

Logistics and Procurement:

• Manage parts, materials and tools procurement, and logistics scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Engage in end-end process with subcontractors, from quotations comparison to site deliverables to invoice.

Contract Management:

• Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process.

• Drive EH&S initiatives, create EHS awareness and monitor compliance

Performance Metrics:

• Responsible for KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices is a plus for the role.

• Drive Preparation: Plan and prepare for both the initial and main drives of the TBM.

Requirements :

• Graduate from electrical engineering or relevant field
• Experience in Sub or Main-construction electrical project
