About The Team

The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. These are designed to support and promote positive physical and psychological health, as well as healthy working environments, especially for those who work with potentially harmful content and for both in-house teams and outsourced partners.

As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
