YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
To organize and deliver training sessions to support the operations of the business in the APAC. Also being responsible for managing the learning management system and developing training materials.
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Designing training programs
Creating programs for onboarding and ongoing training, such as for MPM operation, inventory management, and SOPs
· Managing the learning management system
Writing down processes, managing user experience, and troubleshooting
· Analyzing data
Using data to identify operational challenges and create training solutions
· Developing training materials
job aids, assessments and support tools
· Collaborating with stakeholders
Working with key people and cross-functional teams to ensure successful training execution
