Cleaning Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental)

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) is responsible for providing the overall direction of the organisation within the guidelines set up by the board of directors or a similar governing body. As a systems thinker, he or she will strategize and directs operational activities and translate organisational goals into achievable steps, anticipates and stays ahead of trends and takes advantage of opportunities. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and set sales forecast / profit projection for the business units (The Planet Traveller, Boarding Gate and The Wallet Shop) to meet financial objectives
• Discuss sales strategies and stores’ sales achievements with the retail team personnel
• Responsible to track sales performance of all business units, carry out necessary follow-up checks on stores’ weekly performance, and ensure monthly sales targets are met
