We are looking for an experienced individual who will assist our company to manage the daily sales operations and also assist in achieving company's target profit.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant sales operations
• Responsible in promoting and marketing the business
• Assessing and improving profitability
• Helps in supervising the day to day activities of associates and helps in assigning responsibilities for specific work
• Responsible in managing staffs and other financial tasks including budgeting and invetories
• Other duties that may assign to him/her

- Bachelor Level

- A good communication skill

- Long Period of experience in F&B field

- Can handle pressure

- conduct daily briefings to company staff

- arrange for monthly events

- in charge of roster deployment for staff

- rapport with existing and walk in customers

- provide the profit and loss report

- conduct trainings to in house staff
