• Customer Success Team: Coordinate with customer success managers to monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions. 

• Finance and Legal Teams: Collaborate with finance and legal teams to negotiate contracts, manage pricing structures, and ensure compliance with agreements and policies. 

• Executive Leadership: Interface with Fastmarkets’ executive leadership to provide updates on account performance, strategic initiatives, and client insights that inform company direction. 

• Operations and Support Teams: Work with operations and support teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues impacting client relationships. 

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients through direct outreach, referrals, and leveraging existing networks.
• Execute outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate sales opportunities.
• Identify and explore opportunities in both new and current markets.
• Develop and customize proposals to address each client's unique business needs.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Formulate strategies for lead follow-up and identify new prospects to pursue.
• Prepare and present pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collect client feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
• Convert proposals into finalized, signable contracts.
• Offer reliable feedback and provide after-sales support.
• Sustain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and client retention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with client to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, from site preparation to construction and infrastructure development.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address issues or delays promptly.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Forward Works Contracts, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Manage project closeout procedures.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction and development activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Able work at container site office.
