About the role
This is a full-time Sales & Operations Executive or Manager (based on your qualification) role based in the Pioneer West Region. The role is responsible for supporting the company's marine and offshore parts sales and operations, playing a key part in the company's growth plans.

• Manage sales and operations for marine and offshore parts, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service

The Role

Operations Managers drive achieving positive store results and deliver amazing customer experiences by leading and executing efficient store operations for their store.

· Reporting and working alongside with the Store Manager, embed a culture that builds a team of engaged product and Brand ambassadors within your store

· Identifying operational opportunities and making commercial decisions that improve the customer experience and store results

· Manage store schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity, wage targets and operational efficiencies

· Help identify the teams development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance to build our bench for future succession

· Planning and communicating targets to motivate the team to achieve goals

· Collaborate with the Store Manager & key business partners to lead and deliver visual and loss prevention standards

IT Ops (60%)

• Provide IT onsite/remote support to all users when necessary. Liaise with vendors for support.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware/software-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in the procurement and issuance of IT equipment / software / licenses.
• Maintain routine housekeeping and asset inventory of all IT equipment, software, and other applications.
• Assist to maintain IT-related documents, including IT maintenance contracts and the organisation’s IT policies and procedures.
• Participate and support the organisation’s digitalization and cybersecurity projects.
• Provide induction for new joiners on IT related matters.
• Any other IT related duties assigned by the management.

Facility Ops (40%)

• Monitor service request and progress through Power App raised by centres.
• Assist Facility Manager in maintaining Lease, and FM related contracts management.
• Participate and support the organisation’s workplace safety and health projects.
• Any other Facility related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in both IT and Facility management.
• Good experience with Windows, Office 365 applications and Windows networking
• Knowledge in Power Apps and Power BI is an added advantage.
