We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail and Events Operations Associate to join our expanding Brand Experience team. As a key member of this dynamic team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, both on the ground and behind the scenes. As a Retail and Events Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in balancing sales targets with delivering an outstanding Secretlab experience.
In this role, you’ll engage with customers, promote and sell our products, and help ensure that our retail operations and onsite events run seamlessly. You will assist in managing retail logistics, overseeing inventory, and executing display plans for new product launches in our showroom.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Promote and sell Secretlab products in the showroom and during onsite events, while meeting individual sales targets and driving customer satisfaction through Google Reviews and direct interactions.
- Store Operations and Reporting: Execute daily showroom opening and closing procedures, manage settlement duties, and assist in preparing monthly performance reports, tracking metrics such as AOV, UPT, and conversions.
- Inventory and Showroom Management: Ensure showroom organization, manage inventory tracking, and support display plans for new product launches.
- Aftersales Support: Handle customer returns, cancellations, and delivery arrangements, ensuring excellent after-sales service and follow-up.
- Project Support and Activation: Assist with offline activations, brand experience projects, and manage showroom bookings/appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Support and Continuous Improvement: Provide support to the Brand Experience team in daily improvement plans and assist with any additional responsibilities required for retail and event operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales, preferably in a high-end consumer product
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
- Proven ability to build and enhance customer experiences by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and creating memorable interactions that align with the brand's values.
- Experience managing inventory, sales reports, and retail logistics.
- Strong knowledge of promotion mechanics, discount strategies, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service issues with professionalism.
- Works effectively within a team to deliver cohesive and outstanding customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities and responsibilities.
