Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team
• Raise Invoices, Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders
• Receive in-coming shipments
• Attend to enquiries hotline
• Handle simple sales enquiries by email
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills required
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• Able to work in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities
