Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings within food service channels
-Develop buyer personas to align marketing strategies with customer profiles in the food service industry
-Craft compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to chefs and procurement officers
-Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, and digital content) that highlight the unique benefits of our products
-Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, product line expansions and events
-Collaborate with the business development team to ensure seamless product introductions and adoption within food service channels
-Develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations to support the business development team
-Conduct training sessions to ensure the business development team can effectively communicate product value propositions
-Plan and manage marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and generate demand in the food service sector
-Create digital and offline content that resonates with chefs, restaurateurs, and catering professionals
-Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.
-Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimising marketing efforts
-Work closely with the business development and management teams to align on product strategies and customer needs
-Engage with customers and industry partners to gather feedback and identify partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 2-4 years in product marketing, preferably in food service, FMCG, or related industries.
-Strong understanding of food service industry
