Reporting to the Team Lead, Health, the successful candidate will be part of a team of specialists in Employee Benefits insurance that helps to simplify the products, and deliver the protection to the client seamlessly through technology.

A day in the life:

• Providing advice on making a claim and assessing the admissibility of a potential claim
• Handling possible claim appeals and all issues related to client management
• Monitoring and close follow up on progress of claims, update records of customer interaction
• Identifying reasons why full payment may not be made, ensuring accuracy of claim assessment, and resolving customer grievances
• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
• Supporting the Department in daily business operations such as following-up on accurate information and documents from the client for processing purposes and handling Employee Movement Declarations from the client
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What you need:

• At least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales / customer service, or insurance
• BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI certifications is a plus
• Team player, detail-oriented, and accountability
• Good analytical, communication, presentation and time management skills
• A hunger to learn and grow with the firm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Claims Advisors on information and documents to support claims negotiation and settlement

• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely submission of Letter of Demand (LODs)

• Negotiate with insurers on claims offers on behalf of customers (un-insured losses claims, loss of use/rental, etc.)

• Gather, analyse and present evidence/information on complex claims cases to support in getting customers a fair deal on liability judgements and claims offers

• Provide accurate and timely advices on claims offers and updates on status to Claims Advisors and customers

• Ensure timely closure of claims and escalate cases to direct manager on overdue / low insurers’ offers

• Submit Refund forms for claims due to customers and/or companies upon receiving insurers’ payment confirmation

• Provide timely updates and details of insurers’ claims payments to customers and/or companies. Ensure related reports are updated whenever there is a change in case status

• Ensure all claims document/information are organised and updated to ensure easy visibility/tracking and retrievable:

• Sort and place physical files/documents based on category and status of each claim at designated area

• Update related reports/records for on-time tracking of status.

• Submit closed cases to CSCs for secured storage. Assist in such filing where required

• Carry out claims processes diligently to achieve company’s KPIs (Claims Settlement, Accounts Receivables, etc.)

• Actively initiate/participate to improve such processes when required

• Support in updating or provision of such report(s) on bi-monthly basis or other period specified by management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience handling Motor Insurance

• Minimum GCE "O" level.

• Independent individual who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Meticulous, committed and a strong team player.

Purpose and Scope

The candidate will be responsible for all end user computing support and delivery of group defined solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, knowledge and user support in all aspects of IT to ensure the company business gets maximum benefit from IT systems

• Technical support to Desktop, Local Area Network (LAN\WiFi) and all business applications.

• Perform system changes and developments to any of company systems and applications to agreed standards and timescales.

• Install standard business desktop/laptop Images to an agreed standard.

• Configure and install appropriate hardware/software to the user’s desktop in a professional manner and timescale in order to meet business needs.

• Provide basic hardware/software configuration, fault finding and problem resolution.

• Conduct routine maintenance, monitoring and administration on IT systems, hardware, network, and business applications.

• Provide video and audio-conferencing system support to end users

• Supporting D&T projects/initiatives

• Liaise with external support organisations to ensure their service meets company business requirements e.g. Service Desk, Telecoms provision and support.

• Answer technical queries and meet operational service levels

• Ensure own work satisfies quality requirements and is documented to departmental standards with all associated databases updated.

• Work as a team member and share knowledge with colleagues.

• Work to agreed personal development plans to broaden the skill range available for all systems and application areas.

• Generate KPI’s and reports to publicise and share details on the IT service and IT activities.

• Provide user training, hints and tips and other user assistance as required on company’s systems and applications.

• Provide purchasing advice to and purchase IT equipment on behalf of the business, place orders and manage the stock of IT equipment and spares.

• Be available to support the business during ‘out of core hour’ working time.

• Overall management and delivery of Unified Communication, Telephony, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing products/solutions.

• Proactively supports and operates solutions and takes measures to enhance processes and improve service delivery.

• Monitoring of Unified Communication, Telephony, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Infrastructure to ensure optimal service delivery.

• Support local and overseas\remote offices Unified Communication, Telephony, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing infrastructure.

• Manage incidents and requests from customers.

• Administration and patching of Unified Communication, Telephony, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing products/solutions.

Job requirements

• A sound range of IT skills, which need to be kept up to date in line with IT developments in the business.

• Have a basic understanding of the desktop and LAN\WiFi\WAN technical domains, involving familiarity with a wide range of environmental components and support tools.

• Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and Mac operating systems, and software applications

• Good understanding of mobile / smart devices, Android, and iOS

• Good working knowledge of video conferencing platforms, Zoom, BlueJeans, Skype for Business

• Good working knowledge and experience in managing Office365 and Azure

• To demonstrate the ability to acquire and apply new technical knowledge, be able to work without close supervision.

• Work to high professional and personal standards in a disciplined manner to agreed standards and procedures and maintain appropriate databases and documentation

Qualifications and Experience

• IT / engineer related diploma from polytechnic or degree from university

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or a COMPTIA certification would be beneficial.

• ITIL Foundation V3 would be beneficial

• Thoroughness for investigating and monitoring systems and tenacity for resolving the root cause of problems.

• Familiarity with professional development standards

• Thorough knowledge of IT products and the marketplace

• Maintaining a good network of contacts within IT and within the business

• It is beneficial to have experience in the following technical support areas – Windows operating systems, LAN / WiFi / WAN, Office 365, Office products Outlook, Internet Web Browsers, Skype, Zoom, BlueJeans messaging and conferencing.

• Preferably has background and knowledge in IP-based Unified Communication, Telephony, Audio Visual and Video Conferencing technology

• Technical working knowledge of on premise and/or hosted contact center solutions, features, and capabilities, IVR and common business call flow.

Job Scope:

• Monitor and oversee daily accounting transactions and activities

• Close accounts book on time and accurate

• Prepare monthly financial management reports with analysis and analyse variance

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Plan and execute risk-based process audits and ensure timely completion of audit assignments according to the annual audit plan.

2. Assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Gather relevant audit evidence and document in audit working papers to support audit findings and conclusion.

4. Identify control gaps and make practicable recommendations to mitigate risks, improve the processes and strengthen the internal controls.

5. Prepare draft audit report and communicate with process owners and key stakeholders on audit findings and recommended action plan.

6. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendation and agreed action plan.

7. Engage internal stakeholders for process improvements and control enhancements. 8. Any other duties as and when reasonably assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS

 Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or financial, operational, compliance audit.

 Good knowledge of internal control and risk assessment framework.

 Meticulous self-starter with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build good working relationship with all levels of stakeholders.

 Good team player with the ability to work independently and to meet timeline.

 Knowledge and experience with Audit Analytics Software will be an added advantage.

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, interviews. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws

Recruitment

• Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites

• Review applications to shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial interview for the shortlist candidates and arrange appointment with hirings

• Source candidates through various channels ( job portal, recruitment agency etc) and explore new sourcing channels

• Work closing with hiring manager to understand requirement

• Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process including offer & negotiation

• Establish positive relationships within the various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.

Recruitment Fairs

Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.
