The Role:

• Managing current business relationships while also seeking to expand opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, pursuing new business prospects beyond the current customer base.
• Identifying customer needs and offering alternative product solutions for both existing and potential clients. Preparing and assessing quotations, following up on payment concerns or customer feedback, and overseeing inventory management.
• Sourcing appropriate suppliers from various countries, including but not limited to Japan HQ.
• Taking proactive steps to improve customer satisfaction and providing weekly sales activity reports to the Assistant Sales Manager.
• Performing any other relevant tasks as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within trading firms or machinery manufacturers of comparable size, excluding large trading houses focused on day trading in commodities.
• Demonstrates a strong motivation and proactive attitude towards engaging potential customers and suppliers to build solid relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
