• Responsible for Employee internal e-Learning courses, work on HR Compliance together with HQ Legal Team
• Handle leave administration including government paid leave claims
• Administration of MOM reporting and government survey
• Handle company Annual Performance Appraisal
• Administer Employee Master’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place and maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees’ records

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Collaborate with the internal multidisciplinary team based globally to oversee and supervise the planning and successful delivery of the project
• Provides leadership to project management. Lead entire life cycle of system implementation projects in both waterfall and agile methods

Resource management

• Ensure SWAT services run smoothly and meet KPIs, including closely tracking driver, vendor, customer support and transport operations

• Continuously streamlines project management practices and improves both the efficiency of project rollout as well as the success of ongoing Business-As-Usual projects

Qualifications
