As Relocation Executive, you need to be able to assist the Senior Managers as point of coordination and transferring assignees while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. This includes managing expenses at the lowest possible level for the client while contributing to optimum revenues for our company.

· Under the allocation from the client, administer and manage the process of the relocation for the assignee and family from their pre-decision trip to arrival through to settling in and ongoing support management. Job Summary
The job holder (2 year contract) supports the organisation in overseeing the management of human resource (HR) in the organisation. Roles & Responsibilities

The Information Technology (IT) Executive is responsible for providing support to the Head, Information Technology, and IT department in managing the company’s day-to-day IT systems and networks. This position requires a technically savvy individual who is extremely well organized and adept at communicating with stakeholders across the organization.

- Serve as project coordinator and point of contact for the IT department, fielding requests, organizing schedules, maintaining filing systems, and developing administrative process improvements

- Manage hardware ordering process and coordinate inventory of IT assets

- Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including managing invoicing

- Manage the monitoring of hosting servers for websites and emails and the renewals of domains.

- Have knowledge in setting up and troubleshooting domains, sub domains and emails
