As a Volunteer Management Executive, you are a vital co-labourer and co-creator in the Team’s effort in creating a volunteer friendly culture within New Life where fulfilled volunteers are fulfilling needs.

Responsibilities

- Participate in Conceptualise, Plan and Develop strategies to build deep friendships with partners and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Design and implement volunteer management systems and processes to network, match and engage volunteers.

- Manage the roll out of volunteer training programmes to strengthen capability, support aspirational and motivational needs, and create buy-in.

- Work closely with departments to coordinate volunteer contributions on both department and organisation-wide levels.

- Effectively handle communications with volunteers and internal departments on various platforms to optimise engagement and coordination.

Requirements

- Diploma, Degree or equivalent in any discipline

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with basic IT knowledge and skills

- Able to work outside office hours on occasion, willing to move about the island and possess the resilience to handle challenges.

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Resourceful and innovative while being able to see big-picture.

- Ability to build good working relationships with stakeholders, collaborating at all level

- Understanding of Social Service or non-profit Sector will be an advantage

• Working closely with management team to carry out HR strategies which includes current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Handle end to end recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring and onboarding
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Administer health and life insurance program
• Implement employee training and development plans
• Perform timely updates of information in HRMS system
• Perform monthly payroll
• Plan annual performance review sessions
• Foster a positive and productive work environment by handling employee grievances, managing feedback, and maintaining strong employee relations.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a HR Generalist in the manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Prior hands-on experience with HRMS systems an advantage
• Dynamic and adaptable individual with a growth mindset
• Able to work independently
• Good problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in supervision at the workshop & project site.
• Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
• Attend site meeting if required.
• Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Carry out inspection of purchased materials delivered to the project site.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Supervise the general workers with regards to the installations and constructions.
• Identify and records quality control problems during production or site work.
• Responsible for determining the cause of the quality problem and initiate corrective action.
• Carry out defect liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing.
• Responsible for providing information for shipping documents and compounding packing list.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirements

• Interior Design/Carpentry knowledge & experience in construction/furniture industry will be an added advantage.
• ITE NTC cert or 'O' level and above.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for project supervision

• Keep track and update E-Commence aging
• Keep track and maintain outstanding AR aging weekly, monthly
• Email and print SOA to customer
• Liaise with customer/vendor for any accounts issue
• Deposit and update cheque list
• Check and input expenses invoices for AP
• Create AR/AP new customer
• Bad debts - audit schedule
• Provision for bad debts - audit schedule
• Reply customer/vendor audit confirmation
• Follow up payment with customers by phone call, WhatsApp and email

Requirements:-

• Diploma/degree in relevant field
• 3 years and above experience in AR/AP
• Preferably staying in West/North region

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an ERP Systems Consultant & IT Executive. In this dual role, you will serve as an internal consultant for Dynamics NAV 2018, optimizing its capabilities to align with our organizational objectives. Simultaneously, you will oversee traditional IT responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Consultation:

- Utilize expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018 to customize and optimize the system.

- Collaborate with Finance to extract and manage relevant data.

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users to enhance ERP utilization.

- Act as a liaison between IT and Finance for seamless data integration.

Project Management:

- Oversee IT projects to align with organizational objectives.

- Maintain project timelines and provide proactive updates to the Head of IT.

- Develop training materials and documentation for projects.

- Ensure meticulous documentation and filing post-project completion.

IT Infrastructure Management:

- Ensure stability in the server room cooling system.

- Oversee hardware and software upgrades and installations.

- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, servers, and peripherals.

- Escalate critical issues to the principal entity.

Network Security:

- Implement and manage network security measures.

- Ensure antivirus protection on all servers and endpoints.

- Monitor and restrict external devices without updated antivirus from connecting.

Backup and Data Management:

- Manage backup software and data integrity.

- Perform daily checks on backup data and escalate issues promptly.

- Maintain a secure backup copy of SQL Database.

Document Management:

- Oversee IT document management, including contracts, NDAs, quotations, and invoices.

- Ensure timely submission of payment processes to Accounts Payable.

Monthly Reporting and Updates:

- Prepare and present IT reports in monthly departmental meetings.

- Provide fortnightly updates on IT activities.

Onboarding and IT Training:

-Facilitate company-wide onboarding sessions covering IT dos and don’ts.

-Provide comprehensive training on system usage and best practices

-Offer ongoing support to staff for IT-related queries during the integration period.

Prerequisites:

- Extensive expertise in Dynamics NAV 2018.

- Proven track record in ERP consultancy.

- Strong IT background with project management experience.

- Excellent communication skills for training sessions and reporting.
