Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented F&B Recruitment Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for various roles within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. You will play a critical part in ensuring the staffing needs of the business are met with qualified candidates who align with the company's goals and culture.
Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top talent for various F&B roles, including chefs,
service staff, kitchen assistants, and management-level positions.
2. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other
channels to source qualified candidates.
3. Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring
managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements tailored to specific roles and requirements.
5. Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates
to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
6. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date recruitment database to track applications
and manage talent pipelines.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on F&B industry trends and salary benchmarks to attract
competitive talent.
8. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate
smoothly into the team.
Requirements:
- ** Applicable to Singaporeans only due to quota limitations
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and online job portals.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluency in Chinese and English to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
