Job Description:

• Receive and enter orders in FLOW (ERP/ tracking & tracing data system). Update system timely for transshipments & arrivals
• Ensure timely shipping is arrange in accordance with customers requested RDS, RDD & mode /equipment type
• Handle Full set of Shipping Documents. Check correspondence of BLs, shipping invoices, packing list, COO etc. Ensure documents are correct and provided on time to clearance agents & customers
• Coordinate timely import & export customs clearance & deliveries
• Coordinate with Sales dept & export offices the timely quotation sent to customer prior shipping
• Ensure actual invoices from vendors & invoices to customers correspond to quotations. Responsible for costs & invoices booked properly and timely in the Financial Files
• For export shipments: researching and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment taking in to account the cost, transit time and security. Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries' regulations
• Working closely with customers, JFH export offices and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines;
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, Carrier’s route changes, political situations and other factors that could affect the movement of freight
• Shipping documents review: check that data on the shipping invoices, BLs and packing lists are corresponding to each other

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of shipping paperwork required for import & export of sea / air shipments
• Strong knowledge of international Freight Forwarding, FCL/ LCL and Incoterms
• Strong computer skills (MS office; Knowledge of tracking & tracing system would be great advantage)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years’ experience in freight forwarding industry

Job Responsibilities

Depending on your interest and qualification, you will embark on one of the following offered tracks:

Investment & Asset Management Track:

As an MA under the Investment & Asset Management Track, you will be exposed to at least one of the real estate asset classes and get to witness the different stages of an asset life cycle. The possible career areas includes Private Capital Management, Investment and Asset Management as well as Portfolio Management. Applicants to this track will need to possess strong analytical, quantitative and numeric skills.

Corporate Track:

As an MA under the Corporate Track, you will be part of the business support teams responsible for partnering the business to deliver value to the overall Group’s strategy while maintaining good governance practices and business integrity within the organisation. The possible career areas includes Finance, Treasury, Risk Management and Human Resources.

Real Estate Management Track:

You will work in one of the three REITs sponsored by Mapletree. Under the Real Estate Management Track, you will be exposed to different aspects of real estate management and understand how each function comes together to affect the REIT’s performance. The possible career areas includes Investment and Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Leasing, Investor Relations and Property Management.

Real Estate Development Track:

As an MA under the Real Estate Development Track, you will be part of the Group Development Management team. You will be exposed to the different aspects of building development and understand how each of the development functions come together to complete a development project. The possible career areas include Design (Architecture), Design (Mechanical & Electrical), Project Management and Cost & Contracts.

Job Requirements

• Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree graduate with strong academic achievement and less than 1 year of full-time working experience
• Suitable qualifications for Investment & Asset Management / Real Estate Management / Corporate tracks include Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, and Economics
• Suitable qualifications for Real Estate Development track include Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying and Civil/ Structural/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering

Account Executive /Senior Account Executive

Full-Time/ Permanent

Job description:

- Check and verify before issuing Sale Invoices and update the collection accordingly.

- Check and match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices taken in AP system and upload all the supporting in the system as well.

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording, all supporting banking transactions, submitting online banking payments, and filing documents.

- Process staff claims, Check, and classify expense items for payment preparation and enter Transactions.

- Perform reconciliation for multi-currencies bank statements.

- Update AR and AP Invoices and perform reconciliation timely and accurately.

- Reconciliation for the Balance sheet items and ensuring the accuracy of the audit schedules.

- Prepare accrual, prepayment, and provision transactions if possible.

- Extract audit schedules to ensure the accuracy of the Profit and loss transaction…

- Take in Fixed assets bills tied up GL with Fixed Assets audit schedules.

- Sent out Statement of Account (AR) and requested suppliers’ Statement (AP) monthly.

- Reconciliation of Inter-companies transactions.

- Submission of Monthly CPF and quarterly GST Filing and other financial duties.

- Budgeting cash flow and projected Profit & loss ac.

- Extract and check monthly closing stock balance.

- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Experience in the XERO and AUTO-COUNT accounting systems will be an advantage.
