Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,700 to SGD 4,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months' bonus. Coordinate and responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of programmes and ensure smooth running of daily operations of the department, which includes:

3. Volunteer Development

• Establish networks with local community-based services/ resources, such as grassroots, social services, corporate organisations and schools, to engage volunteers to help run or assist in the programmes, start income-generating activities, conduct outreach efforts etc., to match the needs of seniors.
• Recruit, interview and screen potential volunteers.
