• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines, ensuring marketing activities for CCTV products are executed on time and within budget
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Possess background in the security industry, particularly in CCTV, is highly preferred
• Understanding of CCTV technology and the security/surveillance market is an advantage

Job Description:

You will be joing the Operations Team and shall be responsible for the documentation and commercial coordination of the business as illustrated below:

1. Coordination:

i. Part of the Operations team for order processing, export and import documentation.

ii. Coordinate Sales and Purchase Contracts, Order processing, and shipping status / documents for the execution of the orders.

iii. Coordinate with overseas and local customers, overseas suppliers, external agencies (shipping companies, banks, license agents, chamber of commerce etc.) for all export and import documentation requirements.

iv. Manage the Monthly Shipment Log, manage the expense statements incurred in the documentation, AR & AP coordination with sales & purchase.

2. Trade Finance Documentation & MIS:

i. Preparation of all Shipping documents as required for banking purpose under Letter of Credit, Credit Insurance, Documents under Collection etc.

ii. Monitoring and making sure all the Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to for all order executions at all times.

iii. Update Finance with the status of banking negotiations, Revenue/ Shipments done every month along with the shipment log and expense statements.

iv. Filing of all documents in an orderly manner from Audit perspective.

v. Provide information required for preparation of MIS by the management

Requirement:

i. Strong interpersonal & relationship building skills & should be able to work in a team.

ii. Good command over spoken and written English language.

iii. Ability to adapt and take independent responsibilities.

iv. Experience in handling Trade Finance documentation esssential.

v. Computer knowledge (MS Office) essential and some exposure to ERP systems.

As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels
• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting
• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities
• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment
• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations
• Able to work offshore and work at height
• Support system setup, testing and installation
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage

JOB SCOPE

• Work closely with the Various Departments to provide operations and delivery
• Ensure proper filing of documentations
• Inventory issuance and control
• Process purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents related to import and export of our products and Local Shipping
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock and fulfilment of customer orders.
• Bill and receive incoming goods in the system.
• Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards and services.
• To maintain proper and accurate record of stock inventory inclusive of inventory check and stock count.
• To prepare and submit all required inventory reports weekly, monthly, etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

• Prepare withholding tax return, GST return, declaration and related documentation requested by the tax authority.
